Essay

Dissertation researched theoretical, methodological and practical bases of creation and functioning of the farm enterprise of corporative type. It also refined interpretation of the concept of corporatization process and the method of research through incorporation in the agricultural sector. Established a list of factors that encourage farms to corporatization and determine its effectiveness. Methodical approaches to assessment of the impact of investment in human capital on the level of education of the employed population, and constructed mathematical model of this influence.
