Essay

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and the development of practical recommendations for controlling the formation of management in the food industry. Developed the concept of controlling system in the management of the food industry that are vital to the functioning of the organizational system in the long term through the use of mechanisms: adaptation to the strategic goals of environmental conditions; integration, coordination and control of operational and strategic plans in the context of the process; promoted; adaptation of organizational management structure, increasing its flexibility and speed of reaction to changes.
