Sazonov V. Administrative legal status of subjects of providing of state security of Ukraine.

The dissertation research is devoted to the consideration of theoretical and practical questions in relation to determination of administrative legal status of subjects of providing of state security of Ukraine. The system and authority of subjects of providing of state security of Ukraine of both general political administration and special setting is considered. The complex of scientific literature is analyzed in relation to administrative legal status of organs to the sector of safety. It is investigational conceptual approaches to determination of concept of administrative legal status of subjects of providing of state security. Suggestions are formulated in relation to optimization of structure and update of administrative legal status of subjects of providing of state security.
