Uzlov D. Methods and models of formalization and search of information with criminal meaning in nonstructured or semistructured text arrays

The object of study: the data mining process of semistructured texts related to criminally relevant information. The objective: the improvement of automated searching efficiency of criminally relevant information in unstructured or semistructured text arrays by means of predictive models and formalization of textual information. Methods: methods of intelligence theory, algebra of finite predicates and predicate operations , the comparator method of identification, methods for artificial intelligence, logical networks. Theoretical and practical results: implementation of linguistic support system for searching criminally relevant information based on anticipation algorithm; creation of metasearch engines for criminally relevant data extracting from unstructured arrays and their integration into the database of internal affairs bodies; development of logical network algorithm for determining semantic similarity, as well as extraction technology of criminally relevant information from unstructured data arrays. The novelty: implementation of identification software and processing of criminally relevant information in unstructured or semistructured texts, development of logical algebraic models for description of semantic relationships of entities in unstructured text arrays and improvement of information and linguistic search technology of criminally relevant information. Realization: the information technology for searching and extracting criminally relevant information from unstructured or semistructured text arrays has been implemented in "Analysis" subsystem and "Search" in "Portal" integrated information criminalistic system (the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kharkiv region) for operative and search activities; as well as the software related to categorization of subject headings of full-text documents with legal terminology for the Library of Yaroslav the Wise National Law Academy of Ukraine (Kharkiv) and in the educational process in "Applied Linguistics"(specialty 7.02030303). Implementation: integrated information and criminalistic systems.
