Dissertation is devoted to the theoretical development features, grounds and procedures for brought to administrative responsibility for offenses related to operating a vehicle formation of the basis of new scientific and important concepts and proposals that can be used in the development of legal acts, improvement of existing that will increase the effectiveness of the fight against crimes in this area and help to adapt this kind of responsibility to the requirements of the present.
