Essay

In this paper, the research and proving of necessity of administrative and legal regulation of banking in Ukraine are carried out. According to the formulated goal, the author's definition of administrative and legal regulation of banking is proposed. The historical development of legal regulation of the administrative activity of the state regarding banks is researched, nine stages of this regulation are identified. The analysis and summarizing of the foreign experience of administrative and legal regulation and possibilities of it application in Ukraine are carried out.
