Trubina M. Law regulation financing youth sport in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of the theoretical and practical issues in the field of legal and financial regulation of the sport for children and young people in terms of incteasing sport competition all around the world. The definition of the following terms is specified in the thesis: financing of the sport for children and young people, legal regulations of the sport for children and young people , inner financial control in the field of the sport for children and young people. The analysis of the legal regulation of the sport for children and young people has been conducted, and the peculiarities of the legal relations in this sphere have been defined. The conducted study of Ukrainian laws and regulations proves that the relevant norms and regulations are defined in the legally enforceable enactments of different brunches of law.
