The thesis is dedicated to the increase of efficiency of treatment acute myocardial infarction in case of comorbidity with arterial hypertension and diabetes mellitus type 2 by additional to standard therapy differential administration of L-arginine and quercetin. The main peculiarities of clinical and functional course of acute myocardial infarction in patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus type 2 were set. Established that more severe course of acute myocardial infarction in case of comorbidity deals with larger mass of necrosis, intensive resorption-necrotic syndrome, higher incidence of vitally dangerous complications and early development of pathological left ventricle remodeling. Efficiency and expediency of application of nitric oxide donor L-arginine in patients with acute myocardial infarction and arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus type 2 and bioflavonoid quercetin in patients with acute myocardial infarction without concomitant pathology were set. Differential approaches of administration L-arginine and quercetin allows to correct basic clinical, laboratorial syndromes and to improve 2-year survival of patients with acute myocardial infarction in case of comorbidity.
