Surface treatment of several teeth fissures in a child before sealing with high concentrations of ozone-oxygen mixture has a stress activation functioning on the pulp of these teeth, thus implemented various mechanisms to enhance its ability to mineralize, resulting in a reduction of dental caries increment 2 years of observations by 14 times relative to the group comparison (the main group - 0,03 ± 0,002, the comparison group - 0,42 ± 0,03). Thus there is a stimulation of the activity of the antioxidant defense system and the development of its own antimicrobial factor lysozyme resulted in significant anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory effect. Conducting of ozone therapy in sealing fissures in children has led to a normalization of some functional reactions responsible for gomeorezis, normalization of the charge state of buccal epithelium cells, as well as the functional state of the channel microcapillary gums.
