The paper describes an approach to the "working conditions" as a factor in improving the efficiency of staff; analyzes the main definitions system of indicators assessment and approaches to the analysis of efficiency of use of personnel. The concept of management mechanism for efficient use of personnel factor "working conditions", which aims at improving the efficiency of personnel due to the reduction of losses of working time that are related to working conditions at the company. Proved that the efficiency of work because of a temporary disability should be considered in three areas: quality of care received at the company officer, the impact on the employee's environment, the impact of working conditions. The mechanism of performance management for staff use factor "working conditions", which provides at the stage of personnel according to the needs of the enterprise and supply market roll forming list of personnel so as to minimize future loss of work-related temporary disability workers.
