The dissertation is the first comprehensive research devoted to institutional and legal framework of customs control after border crossing and customs clearance. General theoretical questions of the term of customs control after border crossing and customs clearance, its formation and development, place in the structure of state control, financial control and customs control, regulatory, institutional and legal framework for its implementation have been subject of complex research. The problems of improving the customs control after border crossing and customs clearance, including features of changing goods' code, adjustment of customs value of goods, abolition of tax exemptions.
