Nechytailo V. Investigation of non-purpose use of budget funds

This thesis is one of the first in Ukraine researches of a range of theoretical and practical problems of pre-trial investigation methods of non-purpose use of budget funds. The essence of non-purpose use of budget funds has been revealed, their classification has been performed and their place in the structure of economic crimes has been defined. The scientific grounds relating to criminalistic methods for investigation of crimes of this category have been formulated and criminalistic characteristics have been worked out, specifically, means of non-purpose use of budget funds have been distinguished and a subject-matter of certain criminal technologies as well as connections of criminal personality, subject-matter of criminal offence and also trace scene have been revealed.
