This Dissertation is devoted to analysis of theoretical provisions, current Ukrainian legislation and practice of use thereof as well as development propositions on how to improve normative legal regulation in the field of bringing to administrative responsibility of law enforcement officers committing corrupt offenses. The paper considers theoretical and methodological bases of dissertation research, defines terminology. The dissertator outlines objective and subjective aspects of administrative corrupt offense committed by law enforcement officer. He studies proceedings in administrative corrupt offenses committed by law enforcement officers.
