The dissertation is dedicated to study of generalized periodontitis (GP) course features in patients with concomitant osteoporosis; to study of hypomagnesemia and Ca:Mg correlation disbalance influence to GP course; to study enhancement of GP treatment efficiency. 130 patients with GP have been examined. The course of GP at concomitant osteoporosis and, especially, in cases of hypomagnesemia was characterized by peculiarities of periodontal status, by peculiarities of macronutrient elements homeostasis, by peculiarities of bone tissue condition, more agressive course of periodontal iflammation. Prescription of the drug of magnesium row caused the most positive effect for above-listed signs. Branch - Medicine.
