Object of study - circular saws machines of sawing logs orthogonal.Objective is to Increasing technological precision of circular saws machines of sawing logs orthogonal. Methods. In the thesis, the following methods: mathematical and solid modeling, finite element theory of cutting wood, statistical and analytical and mathematical experiment planning. Scientific novelty. First developed a mathematical model of an accuracy of ortho sawing logs on circular saws machines with movable sawing carriage that allows you to describe the impact on the accuracy sawing main factors (for tooth filing, the radius of curvature of the cutting edge and wave heights of cut) develop effective ways to improve the accuracy of machine technology and identify rational operation modes for accurate sawing. Indexes evaluation of geometric accuracy of the machine for ortho-sawing with movable sawing carriage and improved method of measurement that allows you to communicate between geometrical and technological precision machine during its operating manual and study the effect of these parameters on technological precision machine. Theoretically dependence ratio arc cutting and arc sliding during dead wood sawing round saws with a counter serving and passing, which helped to improve the method of determining the components of the cutting force during ortosawing. Defined the empirical dependence of the intensity of the blunt tooth saws during deaf sawing on the length of the arc of contact for determining the period of stability tool for precision of processing.
