The dissertation is dedicated to the theoretical and practical issues of analysis and auditing of potential investment objects' valuation. The recommendations of Cost-Approach, Income-Approach and Market-Approach valuation methods implementation are scientifically grounded. The new methodology of valuation auditing of potential investment objects as its practical provision the general strategy of the auditing, working documents of the auditor, including tests and tasks for every object of the investigation and the program of analysis were worked out.
