A research object is processes of functioning and development of economic management quality of higher education. An aim of work is generalization of theoretical positions, development of methodical approaches, methods and practical recommendations on perfection of economic mechanism of management the quality constituent of higher education in Ukraine. Research methods: method of scientific abstraction, theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, statistical and economic analysis, imitation design, comparison and groupment. The scientific novelty of work consists of generalization of theoretical positions, development of methodical approaches, methods and recommendations on perfection of economic mechanism of management the quality constituent of higher education on the basis of results of imitation design taking into account correlation of level of remuneration of labor of faculty advisors and quality of preparation of specialists.
