Negovska J. State foundations for innovative intellectual potential formation of the national economy

A research object is a process of forming of innovative-intellectual potential of national economy. An aim of work is deepening of theoretical bases, development of theoretical approaches and development of recommendations of relatively state bases of forming of innovative-intellectual potential of national economy of Ukraine as bases of her innovative development. Research methods: theoretical analysis, comparison, groupments, scientific abstraction, cross-correlation-regressive analysis, econometric and imitation design, structural design, synthesis, induction, generalization, the system and complex approaches. The scientific novelty of work consists in deepening of theoretical bases and development of the methodical going near state bases of forming of the innovative-intellectual potential of national economy, concerted on the descriptions with the complex of priorities of state strategy of innovative development of economy. First: state bases of forming of innovative-intellectual potential of national economy are worked out. Improved: theoretical-systematic bases of government control of innovative development of Ukraine; directions of development of legal frameworks of innovative activity are in Ukraine; theoretical- systematic going near a strategic management by innovative-investment development of economy of Ukraine; organizationally-methodical going near government control of innovative development of Ukraine. Got further development: theoretical-systematic bases of government control of innovative development of national economy in the period of forming of economy of knowledge; theoretical bases of economic science by the synthetic going near clarification of concept "Innovative-intellectual potential of national economy".
