Essay

Object - fungi of the genus Candida, herbal extracts, lectins, probiotic medications, silicon dioxide; goal - to establish differences in species composition and biological properties of fungi of the genus Candida, isolated from different ecological niches in a healthy body and against the background of inflammatory processes of different localization, development of criteria for evaluating the results of micro-biological diagnosis of candidiasis and fundraising antifungal action of natural origin; methods - information and analysis, microscopy, electron microscopy, microbiological, biochemical, statistical and analytical; results - Range of species of fungi genus Candida, isolated from different ecological niches in conjunction with their biological activity, resistance to modern antimycotics in healthy and persons with inflammatory processes of different localization residents of Lviv and Lviv region were established for the first time; for the first time, the sorption activity of silicon dioxide and antifungal activity of probiotic Lactobacillus and fungi strains against clinical isolates of the Candida were investigated; for the first time, it was experimentally proved that the presence of highly pathogenic potential of clinical isolates of C. albicans in a healthy organism isn’t a prerequisite for the development of candidiasis; the range of natural substrates of plant origin, been promising for development of antifungal medicines, were investigated; for the first time, ultrastructural changes of fungi, happed under the action of water-ethanol extracts of Black currants leaves and Polygonatum verticillatum whorled, were revealed by electron microscopy; branch – medicine.
