Essay

Object - qualitative and quantitative composition of the luminal and mucosal microflora of the colon and the distal part of the small in-testine of white rats under the influence of tetracycline; goal - the establishment of mechanisms of violations of intestinal microbiota while using dose-dependent tetracycline; self-healing process and the effectiveness of probiotic microflora correction; methods – microbiological, experimental, statistics; results - for the first time, while using tetracycline, it was experimentally established, that broad-spectrum antibiotics caused dose-dependent disorders of the species and quantitative composition of luminal and epithelial mucosa biofilm microflora in colon and distal part of small intestine; thus proved that the average therapeutic dose of tetracycline leads to minor changes in species composition and processes of self-healing are characterized by a gradual slow growth of population level bacteria of the genus Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Bacteroides and others in these habitats; first proved that the natural process of self-healing after using the maximum therapeutic dose of tetracycline takes place more actively and rapidly, as compared to that after application of the average therapeutic dose; supplemented by scientific evidence that Bifiform when administered orally once a day for 10 days results in the elimination of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic Enterobacteriaceae, Peptococci, Clostridium, Staphylococcus and others; branch – medicine.
