Kryklii V. Non-state pension funds in the pension system of Ukraine

The thesis has comprehensively researched and developed the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of non-state pension funds (NPF) in the pension system for collectively solve important scientific task - to improve the reliability and efficiency of non-state pension funds in the course of pension reform. The international experience is deepened and practical recommendations related to the operation of the NPF in pension system; classification and coding of existing classifier species benefits and the NPF for the construction of "ASM-NPF" are substantiated. The characteristics of domestic NPF is given and the methodology for assessing its efficiency at different levels of economic activity is improved, as well as methodological approaches to the modeling of financial and investment strategy through the use of the NPF econometric model. The international and domestic experience of the NPF is generalized by author and prerequisites and priorities for further modernization of the NPF in Ukraine is defined.
