The thesis centers around the legal nature of the sources of social security law. The features and characteristics of the sources of social security law are defined. In the work is provided legal assessment of the current state of the sources of social security law, their actions in time, space and in public. Also the trends of the forms of law and submitted proposals to adapt the sources of social security law with international standards are defined. The influence of the enforcement acts in a hierarchical structure and content of the forms of law is analyzed. The scientific analysis of the principles of international law sources of social security is made, is given legal assessment and description of ILO Conventions and Recommendations, the EU acts. General trends of social security legislation are revealed. Proposals for organizing and adapting sources of social security law with international standards are provided.
