Strokov Y. Formation of the innovative policy of machine building enterprises

In the dissertation investigated theoretical and methodological support of formation the innovation policy of machine building enterprises. The tendencies of economy situation in Ukraine were analyzed; the main factors that influence increase of innovation activity of machine building enterprises were defined. The methodical approach that allows a high degree of reliability predict the change in ROA, based on PADL models which take into account key factors of financial and economic innovation and engineering enterprise were proposed. The methodical positions to determine the limit values of investments that can be used to finance innovation were developed. Improved methodological support to overcome barriers to the development of innovative of machine building enterprises, identifying the most appropriate warehouse management technologies and financial instruments designed to overcome them. The scenario approach to the development and evaluation of innovative policy objectives of machine building enterprises that takes into account the financial constraints of its formation, the factors that influence the effectiveness of its implementation and provide a determination of the key priorities of innovation development were proposed. Organizational support of the integration approach to enterprise interaction with the subjects of the environment in shaping innovation policy, which allows attracting resources of the environment under conditions of limited internal and external sources of funding were proposed.
