Essay

This research focuses on theoretical propositions marketing and human resource development research and practical recommendations for implementation by determining the prospects for its implementation for the food industry. We prove the need to implement marketing human resources as a qualitatively new level of hr-management. The author has formulated the concept of hr-marketing implementation, a key element of which is the complex of hr-marketing focused on consumer. Methodical approach for its assessment has been created by the author too. The work describes the influence of the hr-marketing on the activity effectiveness of the company, that is why the author has showed the basis of advanced methods for hr-marketing implementation, taking into account the stages of the life cycle of an employee.
