Zhosan G. Social responsibility in ensuring productivity of the enterprise activity

Research object is an influence process of social responsibility on productivity of the enterprise activity. Research subject is the theoretical and methodical, applied principles of an influence establishment of the social responsibility on ensuring productivity of the enterprise activity. Researches have been carried out based on the following methods: Internet analysis, indicative and geometrical, matrix and rank, third degree interpolation splines creation. The thesis is devoted to improvement of the theoretical provisions, to develop of the scientific and methodical bases and practical recommendations concerning determination of the social responsibility influence on an ensuring productivity of the enterprise activity. The economic and mathematical model of influence of the social responsibility complex indicator on the generalizing indicator of enterprise productivity of activity was been proposed. Scientific and methodical approach to productivity estimation of the activity enterprise was been improved. Scientific and methodical approach to determination of the social responsibility complex indicator of the enterprise was been improved. Strategy justification of the enterprise social responsibility based on the developed matrix "Social responsibility - Productivity of activity" has got further development. Scientific results of research have been used in the cheese-making enterprises activity, namely: PUAT "Chaplynsky Maslosyrzavod", PUAT "Ivanovovsky Maslosyrzavod", PUAT "Kalanchatsky Maslosyrzavod". Separate theoretical and methodical developments have been used in an activity of the Kherson management of family, youth, and sport of the Kherson City Council at development of the Programs of economic and social region development.
