The object of research is the process increase the competitiveness of tourist and recreation enterprises based on continuous project management. The subject of research is theoretical and scientific-methodical approaches to the development, implementation and evaluation of the level of increase the competitiveness of tourist and recreation enterprises based on continuous project management. The research was made on the basis of use of theoretical generalization, system analysis, synthesis, grouping and classification, graphical method, of leading indicators, expert assessments, economic and mathematical modeling. Dissertation is devoted to the improvement of theoretical positions, the development of scientific-methodical basis and practical recommendations to increase the competitiveness of tourist and recreation enterprises based on continuous project management. The hypothesis about the dependence to achieve the strategic objectives of uniformity of build-up competitive advantages is proposed and proved. Scientific-methodical toolkit for assessing uniformity of build-up competitive advantages of enterprise is proposed. Scientific-methodical approach to the definition of the expectation of the successful implementation of competitive strategy in order to forecast increase the competitiveness of tourist and recreational enterprises is improved. The model of improving the competitiveness of tourist and recreation enterprises based on continuous project management is proposed. It allows to evenly distribute resources and opportunities in the long run. Scientific research results are used in the activity of LLC "Travel company "FUNKY TOUR", PE "Travel company "Sparta Crimea", LLC "Network of travel agencies "Let's go with us", SE "Ukrvoenkurort", PE "Old fortress".
