In the thesis have grounded theoretical and methodological foundations and practical approaches to the formation of corporate financial architecture and its improvement in the context of the impact on the financial provision of enterprise investment activity. Have specified the structure and methods of mobilizing investment resources of enterprises. Overviewed and grounded conditions of realization of investment activity of business entities and its management. Have specified the components of corporate financial architecture, including ownership structure, legal form, capital structure, corporate governance, and investigated their nature as instruments of financial provision of the investment process.
