Essay

Patients with cervical HPV, HPV infected and infected with HPV in association with HSV-2 were observed. Diagnostic methods of concomitant HSV-2 infection of patients with cervical HPV were improved. It was found out that parameters of cellular and humoral immunity were impaired.Potentially effective new drugs - analogues and derivatives of Amiksyn and cerium dioxide nanoparticles with antyherpetyc and interferonogenic activity have been selected on experimental models of HSV infection for further preclinical trials. It was found out that cord blood cells have antiherpetic effect on experimental models.
