Pyliavets V. Providing the Oil and Fat Subcomplex of Ukraine with the competitiveness on the innovative base.

Object - is the process of providing the competitiveness of Oil and Fat Subcomplex in the terms of transformation economy. Purpose - is studying the theoretical and methodological states and developing practical recommendations for Oil and Fat Subcomplex of Ukraine, aimed at improving its competitiveness in an innovative base. The used Methods are: abstract logical, monographical, Economical and Statistical, calculative-constructive, graphical; Economical and Mathematical. Results - the development of scientifically based recommendations as for increasing the competitiveness of Oil and Fat Subcomplex in Ukraine using innovative approaches. Novelty - a multifunctional organizational cluster-type model for Oil and Fat Subcomplex in Ukraine was developed. The system of infrastructural connections between structural elements of the model was adjustd that will result the optimization of the reproduction process; the scientific and methodological approaches were improved to the disclosure of competitiveness based on a synthesis of diverse (in theoretical and methodological sense) factors and principles of evaluation of competitive products' level; the scientific and organizational principles were improved of quality control of Oil and Fat products by developing alternatives, based on the distribution of the powers as for monitoring organizing within the system of some departments; the complex system of the product quality control; the system of product quality control within one department; the scientific approaches as for developing directions of infrastructure development in Oil and Fat Subcomplex were further developed on the base of the integration of innovative-investment infrastructure with organizational and economic principles of revitalization of scientific researches; was developed the regulation on the innovative investment strategy of forming Oil and Fat Subcomplex competitive advantages on the base of the usage of strategic situational analysis that will enhance the competitiveness level of domestic Oil and Fat Subcomplex. Introduced into life at PJSC "Chernivtsi Oil and Fat plant", PJSC "Vinnitsa Oil and Fat Plant", LLC "AVIS", the Department of Agricultural Development of Vinnytsia Regional State Administration.
