Chobal L. Organizational and economic providing of development of a transport complex of Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted development of strategic directions in relation to organizationally economic providing of development of a transport complex of Ukraine. In the process of dissertation work it is conducted system structural analysis of functioning of a transport complex, which helped to formulate author interpretation of concept "a transport complex", to define the proper teoretik-methodical arsenal for diagnostics of economic position of a transport complex, exposure of problems which worsen quantitative and high-quality performance of transport and choice of ways of him indicators perspective development. Structural changes and progress of this sector of economy trends are analysed. With the use of ekonomik-mathematical methods found out the factors of influence on activity of transport, prognostication of basic is carried out him economic indicators in a medium-term prospect and it is developed organizationally economic mechanisms of stimulation of development of a transport complex on the different levels of management hierarchy.
