Koziyenko I. Legal Regulation of the Financial Stimulation of Innovation Activities in Ukraine.

Thesis is devoted to the consideration of theoretical and practical aspects of legal regulation of a financial stimulation of innovation activities if Ukraine . By analyzing the foreign experience and approaches to the definition of the principles of financial stimulation of innovation activities the system of financial stimulation of the mentioned activities is investigated. Based on the analysis of the Ukrainian legislation the regulatory fixing of the tools of the direct and indirect methods of the State financial stimulation of the innovation activities in Ukraine is defined and the real state of their application to the subjects of innovation activity at the present stage is investigated.
