Kudak V. Strategic Planning in the System of Financial and Economic Security of Insurance Companies

In the thesis there has been suggested an approach to solving the problem of providing an adequate level of the financial and economic security of insurance companies through strategic planning and recommendations aimed to improve their financial stability. There have been structured the impact factors to the financial and economic security of insurance companies in Ukraine. There has been specified the influence of the key elements of strategic planning on the system of financial and economic security of domestic insurance companies. There has been carried out a analysis of the external environment in terms of the influence on the provision of financial and economic security to the insurers. There have been suggested the system of parameters to ensure a reliable level of financial and economic security of insurance companies. There has been proposed the mathematical model of optimisation (balancing) of the structure of the insurance portfolio of insurance companies. There has been substantiated the necessity of creating a division of financial and economic security and strategic development through reorganisation the planning and market research department (division).
