Slyn'ko Y. Experimental and clinical substantiation of prevention of the periodontal disease in children whose mothers were in hypokinesia condition during the pregnancy period.

Dissertation is dedicated to optimization in prophylaxis of the periodontal disease in children whose hypokinesia condition during the pregnancy period. On the grounds of realized experimental research had established that mother's hypokinesia during the pregnancy period had a bad influence on the histological, morphometrical, immunohistochemical characteristics in periodontal tissues , salivary glands and biochemical homeostasis of their posterity. Had proved an effectiveness mothers were in using of the moderate physical activity as a mean of correction in shown consequences of mother's hypokinesia. Analysing of the stomatological status in children born from mothers with different mode of motor activity during the pregnancy period , had discovered that prevalence and intensity of inflammatory process in periodontal tissues of children born from mothers with inactive mode of life during their pregnancy is higher that indices in the posterity of an active mothers and has a tendency to growth in age-related aspect. Had worked out an algorithms in the primary prevention of the periodontal diseases in children whose mothers were exposed by the hypokinesia conditions, it was done on the group and individual levels. Also had proved the clinical effectiveness of the local prophylactic complex that allows us to prevent the development of an inflammatory processes in chosen contingent of children.
