The dissertation is dedicated to improvement the efficiency of the prevention of complications of periodontal tissues that arise at the stage of orthodontic treatment by fixed orthodontic techniques. On the basis of detailed clinical and laboratory and morphological studies found that after fixing a fixed orthodontic techniques microcirculatory disturbances in the periodontal tissues are developed, have seen the development of endothelial dysfunction. The complex treatment and preventive measures for correction of endothelial dysfunction in the treatment of periodontal tissue fixed orthodontic techniques was designed. The application of pharmacological and physical therapy techniques, including preparation of donor of nitric oxide and action of polarized light after fixing a fixed orthodontic techniques can safely and effectively normalize microcirculatory disturbances in the periodontal tissues.
