Essay

Object: processes of bank lending of investment activity in Ukraine. Objective: deepening of the theoretical and methodological foundations and developing of practical recommendations for improving the mechanism of bank lending of investment activities in Ukraine. Methods: system analysis and synthesis, statistical and peer reviews, factorial and statistical analysis, economic and mathematical modeling, scientific abstraction and system. Results: improved conceptual approach to the development of mechanism of bank lending of investment activities in Ukraine by improving of its structure – namely, institutional component and the optimal use of budget-tax and monetary-credit levers, system of measures on intensification of mechanism of bank lending of investment activities by identifying of its priority development directions, providing for reducing the tax burden, improvement of banking legislation on lending of investment activities in the protection of the rights of creditors and depositors, long-term refinancing of banks, tightening of control over the proper use of investment loans, increasing of confidence in the banking system. Use: in the activities of Main Department of Economy and Industrial Policy of Lviv Regional State Administration in developing of annual programs of socio-economic and cultural development of the region, Western main regional administration of PJSC CB "Pryvatbank" for improving the mechanism of bank lending of investment activities of economic entities, Lviv Regional Directorate of JSC "Raiffeisen Bank Aval" when developing methodological approach to assessing the complex performance of investment activities indicators of bank lending based on multivariate statistical analysis, in the learning process of Lviv Institute of Banking of University of Banking NBU.
