Fedenko S. Financial Maintenance of Health Care System in Ukraine

Object: processes of implementation of financial provision of health care in Ukraine. Objective: deepening of theoretical foundations and development of practical recommendations for improving financial provision of health care in Ukraine. Methods: logic generalization, analysis, comparison and synthesis, scientific abstraction, surveillance, system and statistical analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison and generalization, mathematical-statistical. Results: improved basic concept for reforming of financial provision of the health system in Ukraine under introduction of compulsory state social health insurance, organizational and economic principles of the use of cluster approach to the provision of quality health services that will ensure equal access to the budgetary resources of public and private health care institutions. Use: in the activities of the Department of Health Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration in the organization providing medical services as a prerequisite for the introduction of mandatory health insurance, Ivano-Frankivsk Regional office of social security disability for improving the financial provision of the health system through the rational allocation and efficient use of funds, Carpathian scientific and analytical center for improving the efficiency of investment and innovation providing of health care at the regional level, in the learning process of the Department of Finance of the Carpathian National University named after Vasyl Stefanik in teaching of subjects "Social insurance", "The budget system".
