Chubka O. Management of working capital financing in the economy of Ukraine

Object: processes of financing of working capital in the economy of Ukraine. Objective: to ground the theoretical and methodological foundations and developing of scientific and practical suggestions on managing of financing of working capital in the economy of Ukraine. Methods: induction, deduction, abstraction, formal-semantic, economic analysis, economic and statistical analysis, comparative analysis, synthesis of expert opinions. Results: improved conceptual framework of the research by introducing the concept of "managing of financing of working capital", which is interpreted as a meaningful impact on the part of management entities in the formation and use of financial resources to generate working capital in order to achieve the set objectives, principles of scientific foundations of functioning of the management system of financing of working capital in cut of its constituent elements, which, unlike existing, includes three levels of working capital management (micro, meso and macro-economic), scientific provisions for improving scientific instruments of state fiscal policy (tax breaks), and civil monetary policy (preferential loans, preferential refinancing banks, etc.) with goal to establish economically rational interaction between state and business entities. Use: in the activities of the Lviv City Council in the development of comprehensive proposals for support working capital entities at the regional level, JSC "Vieste Bank" when implementing approaches to improve the implementation of credit policy tools to create working capital entities and JSC "Lviv Distillery" in developing recommendations for the analytical evaluation of the effectiveness of formation and use of working capital by rationing costs, in the learning process of the National University "Lviv Polytechnic".
