The object of the study are the processes of preparing and implementing the outsourcing activity of domestic machine-building enterprises. The study aims is to develop theoretical and methodological positions and practical recommendations of the development of outsourcing activity in machine-building enterprises. The author used the method of comparative analysis, synthesis, surveys, expert opinions, econometric methods. The theoretical value of the research is to develop categorical apparatus, foundations of the implementation of outsourcing activity on machine-building enterprises. Scientific novelty of the results is the development of theoretical concepts and provide methodological guidance of the development of outsourcing activity in machine-building enterprises. The object of the study is theoretical, methodological and applied principles of providing the process of outsourcing activity in the domestic machine-building enterprises. The methods and principles of outsourcing activity in machine-building enterprises, which were proposed will increase the degree of validity of administrative decisions that will help improve the effectiveness of the transfer of certain functions to outsourcing company.
