The thesis is devoted to research the theoretical, methodical and practical questions of using controlling concept in energy management of budgetary and commercial enterprises. The author's method of assessing the sustainability of the energy system in budgetary enterprises using the principal components method is proposed. A number of measures to improve the efficiency of the energy system in budgetary and commercial enterprises, including using of controlling instruments in energy management is developed.
