Research object: the process of evaluating the effectiveness of innovation in pharmaceutical companies; the purpose of the work: to develop theoretical propositions, improvement and development of methods for estimation of economic efficiency innovation in pharmaceutical industry in the current economic conditions; research methods and instruments: methods of deduction and induction, theoretical generalization, comparison, analysis and synthesis, statistical and economic, expert evaluation, ranking, graphical method; theoretical and practical results: a methodical approach to evaluating the economic efficiency of innovative projects that differs from existing account the likelihood of a negative conditional cash flows and additional conditional positive cash flow that will enhance the objectivity of risk inherent in innovative projects and enhance the validity of decisions concerning their implementation; distinction between risks inherent in innovative projects pharmaceutical industry, reflecting not only the probability of obtaining damages associated with mismatch control input, process parameters change, re constituent components for the manufacture of a new drug, but also get some compensation in case of use in the production component; sequence and content of phases assess the feasibility of implementing an innovative project in the company that are different from the existing definition of influence of interest groups, stakeholders and project selection, allocation of indicators by which to support the interest of the project and developing measures to harmonize their targets; methodical recommendations for improving the effectiveness of innovative projects of pharmaceutical companies, the difference of which is the elimination of factors hindering the introduction of innovations in the company, whose composition is determined based on the results of the expert survey ranking the national interests of key stakeholders in the project; composition factors influencing the effectiveness of innovative projects, which are distributed according to the criteria of the ability to influence the company and include specific factors peculiar to pharmaceutical companies: mismatch process frameworks, such non-compliance of production and lack of quality control of drugs, international rules identical GMP, the lack of patent making all kinds of interactions substances for the production of new products, which are obtained from industry analysis; subject and degree of introduction: developments are put in practical activity of "Plant of Chemical Reagents" STC IMC NASU, LLC "Priam Postach"; sphere of the use: assessment of the economic efficiency of innovative projects in the enterprise.
