Lymonova E. State regulation of TNCs activities in the national economy of Ukraine: translevel imperatives

Dissertation is devoted to state regulation activity of transnational corporations in the economy of Ukraine based on translevel approach. The concept of "transnational corporations" in terms of government regulation has been clarified in this paper. The mechanism of translevel regulation of TNCs activities has been developed. There have been defined scientific and methodological basis for using approaches to determine the appropriate public policy for the establishment and development of transnational corporations in the national economy of Ukraine. The character of the relationship between foreign direct investment and macroeconomic indicators of the national economy of Ukraine has been established.
