3. Dissertation is devoted to complex analysis of administrative-legal dimension of state service in the bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine. In the research the systematic analysis of theoretic-gnoseologic and practical aspects of the administrative-legal mechanism of state service in the bodies of internal affairs in the fusion of the general and the institutional components of it has been firstly made. The complex and fundamental analysis of efficiency of legal enforcement activity of the officers of internal affairs bodies' development methods in the realm of innovation HR policy integration has been made. During the scientific research author came up with the concept representation of the reorganization and optimization processes as the functional parts of the legal-enforcement activity modernization.
