Dissertation focuses on issues of consideration and resolution of public legal disputes in the land relations of administrative courts. Underway, formulated the author concept of a public legal dispute in the land relations (public legal land dispute) and characterized as subject to the administrative proceedings consideration. Subject's powers of public administration in the field of land resources classified. Analyzed application of administrative courts principles and international standards of justice during the consideration and resolution of public legal land disputes. Proposed elimination ways of the gaps legislation, they regulate expropriation and compulsory acquisition of foreigners and stateless persons land.
