3. The dissertation is dedicated to solution of quite important and actual scientific task, namely to substantiation of recommendations as for improving of financial and legal regulation in provision of financial security. In dissertation for the first time grounds have been laid under a set of recommendations as for improving of financial and legal regulation in provision the state with financial security; in particular some proposals have been made with the aim to strengthen the principle of financial security in the series of normative financial and legal acts as well as to strengthen the institute of financial security within the borders of financial law through adoption the Law of Ukraine. In the dissertational research have been considered main stages in evolving of scientific thought busy with solution of highly important task.
