The thesis highlights the theoretical foundations of economic efficiency's management of retail chain supermarket operational activity and has been defined the essence of categories "economic efficiency" and "operational activity" of retail chain supermarket. Methodical approaches of estimation of operational activity economic efficiency, indicators and factors has been given. The sales volume of the goods "Return in the Prices of Suppliers" which eliminates distortions in estimation of economic efficiency of retail chain supermarkets has been proved.
