A research object is processes of adjusting of development of service business in Ukraine. The aim of work is deepening of theoretical positions, ground of scientifically-methodical approaches and practical recommendations on perfection of mechanism of adjusting of development of service business in Ukraine on the basis of marketing in industry. Research methods: approach of the systems, analysis and synthesis, retrospective and statistical analysis, graphic method, SWOT- analysis, economic and mathematical design, scenario design, structural design, logical generalization. The scientific novelty of work consists in deepening of theoretical positions and ground of the scientifically-methodical going near perfection of mechanism of adjusting of development of service business in Ukraine on marketing basis. Improved: directions of development of service business in Ukraine; methodical bases of determination of factors of development of service business are in Ukraine; scientifically-methodical positions of government control of development of service business in Ukraine on the basis of determination of strategic reference-points of long-term development of industry; a mechanism of adjusting of development of service business is in Ukraine. Got further development: systematization of factors of influence on development of sphere of services; theoretical bases of government control of service business in Ukraine through determination of structure of general mechanism of adjusting; methodical going near prognostication of development of service business in Ukraine.
