Essay

Determined the frequency allocation of infectious enteroviruses, their genome and F-specific bacteriophages of Escherichia coli in samples of wastewater. The facts of comparative sensitivity of inoculated cell cultures to isolated enteroviruses from wastewater. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the treatment plant WWTP Bortnicheskoy on infectious viral agents, enterovirus genome and F-specific bacteriophages of Escherichia coli. We proved the effectiveness of RT-PCR in the exploration samples of waste water, which contributes to more objective assessment of enterovirus contamination of the environment.
