Essay

The object of investigation - clinical and pathogenetic peculiarities of essential arterial hypertension combined with obesity and gout. Aim - increase the efficiency of treatment of patients with essential arterial hypertension combined with obesity and gout by means of the pharmacotherapeutic correction of endothelial dysfunction, arterial stiffness, parameters of systemic immunoinflammatory activation, purine and lipid metabolism, adypo cytokine levels using losartan and meldonium digidratum. We have evaluated the comorbidities, the quality of patients' lives, the indexes of elastic qualities of the blood vessels, functional state of the endothelium, indexes of the purine and lipid exchange and systemic immune and inflammatory activation, levels of adipokine. We have observed the worsening of the elastic qualities of the blood vessels, the development of the endothelium dysfunction, the growth of the indexes of the systemic immune and inflammatory activation, disruption of purine and lipid exchange, the changes in the levels of adipokine in the patients suffering from essential arterial hypertension concomitant with obesity and gout with increasing bodily weight and in comparison with patients without concomitant pathology. We have established that Losartan and Meldonium digidratum used with standard therapy have quite a positive impact on the main clinical and pathogenetic features of comorbidities. The results were introduced into the practice of medical institutions, scientific and teaching-methodological process. The branch of science in medicine.
