Essay

Dissertation is devoted to therapeutic effect of complex drugs designed to prevent the negative impact of pesticides on the dental status of women in agricultural region of Zakarpattia Oblast, in which the intensity of dental caries in 20-30 years, higher than the rate in somatically healthy young adults of Ukraine 3 times and at 50 years - in 1,5 times average value in Ukraine for this age. Molecular genetic studies conducted on buccal epithelium cells by PCR residents of Vinogradovo 35-45 years showed abnormalities in these genes in detoxification first phase Cyp 3A4 in 44% of cases, and the second phase of GSTM1 - in 71.5%, in the genes responsible for the generation of estrogen ER - L: Pvu2 - in 85% of cases and ER - L: Xba1 - 100% that in the presence of high pesticide load can lead to disruption of bone metabolism in the body and dental diseases. On gipoestrogeniya model in experiment on animals and in clinical researches in women 35-45 years old, in the presence of high pesticide load was showed high caries- and parodontoprotecting effectiveness of drugs adaptogenic, antioxidant, biostimulative action, the source of glycosaminoglycans, makro- and microelements.
