Objective: to justify the theoretical and methodological aspects and to work out practical recommendations concerning management of the innovative development of enterprises in crop farming. Object: the process of management of the innovative development of enterprises in crop farming. Methods: abstract and logical methods; operationalization of concepts; economic and statistic method; trend extrapolation; interview; cluster analysis; economic and mathematical modeling. Theoretical results: the basis for the further enrichment of the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for management of the innovative development of enterprises in crop farming has been worked out. Practical results: the science-based approaches and practical recommendations for the management of the innovative development of enterprises in crop farming have been developed. Scientific novelty: the author justified conceptual bases of the management of the innovative development of enterprises in crop farming, providing a system approach to organizing of the relations between science, agricultural and industrial production and the financial sector on the basis of minimizing transaction costs and innovative risk and maximize profits of enterprises in crop farming.
